History :

2002 – 2005: The ACS company was created in 2005 by Jacques Lepine and Manuel Machado to develop a mechanical solution conceived in 2002 by one of its founders, Manuel Machado. After his grandson fell from a ski pylon, Manuel Machado put his mechanical know-how (former BE senior executive) into researching a 100% safe solution.

2005 – 2007: The company approves and sells a manual personal protective equipment solution that found its first market in the lighting domain.

2006 – 2009: By request from various key clients, ACS develops motorization that utilizes the rail as a propulsion support and the personal protective equipment blocker as a safety system.

2010: The motorized solution passes the certification – capital-intensive and human reinforcement phase of the company that is now directed by Nicolas Varay, a manager who is experienced in industrial mechanics.
